We are developing innovative solutions that will help our customers take advantage of Digital Transformation in relationship and SMB segments. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Product Marketing Manager to create and tell our software and solutions story. As a Commercial Software Product Marketing Manager, you will be a Customer Advocate responsible for both inbound and outbound software product marketing messaging and plan for the commercial segment. |
You will create messaging documents, devise sales support materials for Commercial segment stakeholders and Sales teams, educate and help them deliver the message to customers and industry influencers, assist with driving campaigns, and be the evangelist for product innovations. Above all, our new SW PMM thrives in dynamic and innovative environments, is passionate about customer focus, and is an expert at crafting customer-centric messaging and communication that drives business growth. This critical role is chartered with responsibilities including but not limited to: • Develop comprehensive messaging and marketing plan for commercial segment SW – including unique product messaging and content showing thought leadership, compelling value proposition, and content that differentiates our solutions • Understand buyer/user personas and develop targeting plans to improve experience and drive growth • Create effective GTM strategy and plan for commercial segment SW • Develop sales tools that support buyer and customer journey • Understand competitive environment and position our SW products to win • Work with related cross-functional areas to help generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches • Provide product and marketing training to direct and indirect sales teams as needed - communicate value proposition, competitive advantage, and winning approach • Represent our solution in industry conferences and thought leadership activities • Build and sustain analyst conversations to help differentiate our products • Track and report to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on marketing plan results and successes **Position Requirements** Required Skills/Experience : • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing or related field; MBA and/or MS is a plus • 5+ years product marketing experience for software companies • Proven history of creating effective messaging and marketing programs • Ability to evangelize products and communicate key benefits to internal and external stakeholders • Seasoned creative writer with expertise developing lean and effective messaging and presentations • Impeccable communication skills, and ability to influence the teams and stakeholders • Superior ability to build relationships with peers among engineering, product management, marketing and sales, and other cross-functional groups. • Analytical and rigorous, structured thinking • Passion and interest in enterprise SW and new and disruptive technology • Strong team player, results oriented, metrics driven and capable of working in a fast paced changing environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
