Job Description

Oracle is looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy behind AI-enhanced administration and customer-controlled AI agent management for NetSuite accounts. This role focuses on building scalable, AI-guided experiences while prioritizing security, governance, and safe oversight from day one. You will own the product vision and success measures, partnering across key teams to bring capabilities to life for enterprise customers using NetSuite.

What you will do

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-enhanced administration and agent management.
Deliver AI-guided experiences that help simplify setup, configuration, optimization, monitoring, and extensibility.
Define the product approach for how customers can create, authorize, configure, monitor, govern, evaluate, and retire AI agents.
Establish the necessary controls for permissions, data access, approval workflows, audit trails, and policy enforcement, including safe intervention or rollback.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, security, AI/ML, developer platform, support, and go-to-market teams to deliver capabilities at scale.

What you bring

Significant product management experience in areas such as enterprise SaaS, platform, administration, developer tools, AI, security, or governance products.
Strong customer focus, including the ability to engage customers, uncover underlying problems, and translate insights into clear, scalable product solutions.
Data-driven product judgment using qualitative research, product telemetry, support signals, and business outcomes to prioritize and measure impact.
Understanding of enterprise administration, including configuration, identity and access management, permissions, observability, auditability, or extensibility.
Experience designing AI-assisted or agentic experiences with human oversight, transparency, and safeguards.
