Job Description

Build and scale KYC data intelligence with NICE Actimize. In this hybrid role in Atlanta, you will own product strategy and execution for capabilities that support Know Your Customer (KYC) and financial crime risk management. You will work across discovery, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization, while partnering with customer-facing teams to translate customer value into measurable commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do

Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for assigned KYC data intelligence products and capabilities.
Lead customer and market discovery to uncover unmet needs, validate opportunities, and turn insights into scalable product investments.
Define target users, use cases, product requirements, release priorities, and acceptance criteria in partnership with technical product management, engineering, data, and analytics teams.
Guide products end-to-end, from discovery and business case development through development, launch, adoption, growth, and ongoing optimization.
Define and track success measures across customer value, adoption, usage, data quality, product performance, commercial outcomes, and roadmap execution.
Partner with sales, marketing, services, and enablement to shape positioning, packaging, launch plans, sales tools, and customer-facing narratives.
Act as a trusted product expert for customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders, communicating strategy, roadmap decisions, and product value clearly.
Support strategic customer engagements and resolve escalated product issues while balancing near-term needs with broader product integrity and scalability.
Monitor the competitive, regulatory, technology, and data-provider landscape across KYC, financial crime analytics, identity, and AI.

What you’ll need

Five or more years of software product management experience, including ownership of complex products for financial services.
Demonstrated experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including discovery, validation, prioritization, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization.
Experience with enterprise SaaS, APIs, data platforms, analytics, workflow products, or other cloud-based software.
Strong customer-discovery skills with the ability to translate complex market needs into clear strategy and scalable requirements.
Proven ability to prioritize roadmaps, make informed trade-offs, and align technical and commercial stakeholders.
Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, data, analytics, and operations teams.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to operate autonomously, bring structure to ambiguous problems, influence without direct authority, and drive decisions through execution.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Tools and platforms you may work with

Benefits and work model

Meaningful ownership of products that help financial institutions identify and manage financial crime risk.
Collaborative environment with broad exposure to customers and senior leaders, plus career opportunities across roles, disciplines, domains, and locations.
NICE-FLEX hybrid model: two days in the office and three days of remote work each week.
Office days emphasize face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and the exchange of new ideas.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with KYC, AML, customer screening, financial crime, or regulatory technology and data solutions.
Knowledge of watchlists, adverse media, entity risk, identity data, risk-data licensing.
Experience with global regulated financial institutions and mission-critical enterprise systems.
Experience managing AI, generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics products.
Familiarity with cloud architecture, REST APIs, data ingestion, enterprise integrations, security, privacy, or regulatory requirements.
Experience with product pricing, packaging, partnerships, or commercial business cases.
