Job Description

This Sr. Associate, Product Manager role focuses on Model Analytics & Forecasting within Capital One's Finance Product & Data Solutions, overseeing platforms and governance for analytical models used in Capital Markets risk management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with quantitative model developers, balance sheet risk teams, and Treasury trading desks to identify user pain points and the outcomes users expect from modeling tools, ensuring solutions address practical needs across the risk framework.
Work closely with users and end customers, including Quant and Treasury teams, to translate business requirements into concrete specifications that enable model development, testing, and deployment across production environments.
Coordinate with Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders, alongside peer groups in Research, Design, Architecture, and other functions, to develop and iteratively refine solutions that address high priority needs.
Align competing initiatives by prioritizing capabilities, sequencing feature development, and driving end-to-end delivery that integrates model governance, data pipelines, and user workflows.
Define success metrics and establish feedback loops to measure usability, adoption, and impact, then iterate based on input from users and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
Minimum of 1 year in product management or at least 1 year in related areas such as product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
