Job Description

The Senior Product Manager will shape the app deployment strategy for Microsoft Intune, guiding customers toward modern management and defining features that accelerate cloud-native adoption across co-managed and dark-to-cloud transitions.

Overview

Microsoft Intune enables IT teams to manage device usage across the enterprise while safeguarding corporate assets and data and preserving user privacy. The role centers on leading the app deployment strategy and helping customers adopt modern management to strengthen protection against threats without hindering end user productivity. This position focuses on directing the vision for dark to cloud and co-managed deployments and building capabilities that expedite customers’ journey to cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

Understand customers — identify the biggest problems and unmet needs.
Define strategy — set the product vision and long-term direction.
Prioritize investments — decide what to build, when, and why.
Specify outcomes — translate customer needs into clear product requirements and success criteria.
Drive alignment — align engineering, design, business, and leadership around priorities.
Deliver value — guide execution to ensure the right product ships successfully.
Launch and communicate — enable adoption through effective go-to-market planning.
Measure impact — track outcomes and continuously improve based on results.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product, service, program management, or software development
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check, at hire and every two years thereafter
Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product, service, or program management, or software development, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (design, product-market fit, launch, internal tools/framework)
4+ years of experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (growing customer base, expanding usage, reducing churn)
4+ years of experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (competitive disruption, replacing an established product)
