Everforth, in partnership with Cybercoders, is hiring a Senior (Principal or Master) Product Manager to lead PCIe connectivity solutions from strategy through lifecycle. This onsite role in Irvine, CA focuses on turning fast-moving AI and data center trends into clear product requirements, partnering with customers and engineering to deliver at massive scale, and shaping long-term direction for a portfolio of infrastructure products.
What you’ll own
- Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management for a portfolio of PCIe-based infrastructure products.
- Translate emerging trends across AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and data center architecture into differentiated product requirements.
- Partner with hyperscalers, server OEMs, ODMs, and enterprise customers to understand evolving needs and guide product direction.
- Act as the bridge between customers, sales teams, and engineering organizations to define and deliver winning solutions.
- Build business cases, pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and product launch plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across hardware, software, systems engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to long-term product and market strategy.
What you bring
- Deep product management experience within the semiconductor industry.
- 3+ years of experience with PCIe.
- Strong understanding of modern data center architectures and AI infrastructure.
- Experience creating product roadmaps, defining requirements, launching products, and driving business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers and translate technical requirements into successful products.
- Commercial acumen, including pricing, business planning, and product strategy.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI server architectures, accelerators, GPU-based platforms, or large-scale compute environments.
- Experience supporting hyperscalers, enterprise customers, or major OEM partners.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this onsite role is $180,000 - $220,000 per year. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, FSA and HSA, a 401k with 6% match, and ESPP.
