Support sales, services, and implementation teams with documentation, configuration guidance, and strategic input on hardware components for new or upgraded plants.
Collect and analyze customer feedback on hardware usability and performance to inform future direction and roadmap priorities.

Experience in product management, technical project management, or a role with ownership of a product or system offering.
Proven ability to work effectively with procurement, engineering, software product teams, and field services.
Ability to evaluate hardware trends, assess cost-benefit tradeoffs, and support data-driven decisions for portfolio and vendor selection.
Experience working for a ready-mix or precast producer in a production, engineering, or technical role.
Familiarity with COMMANDbatch, Marcotte Mbatch, Conactive CP, Libra, or other batching automation systems.
