Product Manager for executive collaboration platforms at JPMorgan Chase, based onsite in Jersey City, NJ, responsible for strategy and delivery of enterprise tools used by boards and senior leaders, with governance at the core.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the long term vision and roadmap for executive and board level collaboration platforms.
- Assess and integrate enterprise grade tools, including Lucid visual collaboration, ensuring alignment with priorities like faster decision making, transparency, and alignment.
- Scale products globally while meeting firm standards for resiliency, availability, and confidentiality.
- Act as Product Owner for Boardroom to deliver a secure, seamless experience for board meetings and other high sensitivity workflows.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Risk, and Technology to evolve Boardroom capabilities while enforcing strict access controls.
- Translate executive and board feedback into prioritized, actionable product enhancements.
- Lead cross functional delivery with engineering, UX, security, data privacy, and operations teams.
- Own backlog prioritization, business requirements, and outcome based success metrics.
- Drive modernization efforts including mobile experiences, usability improvements, and platform integrations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, auditability, resiliency, and regulatory standards across products.
- Partner with Risk & Controls, Compliance, and Cybersecurity to maintain ongoing non objection and approvals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate product, operational, and reputational risks.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Corporate functions, HR, and executive leadership.
- Manage strategic relationships with collaboration platform vendors, aligning roadmaps and enterprise adoption strategies.
- Influence at VP, SVP, and MD levels with data backed product narratives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related domain.
- Familiarity with core technical concepts, architectures, and cloud based principles; hands on development is not required.
- Experience in product management with a focus on data mapping and migrations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills applicable to senior management and customers.
- Experience delivering roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog management, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
- Understanding of end to end software development lifecycle, including strategy, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations.
- Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Alteryx, etc.).
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a wide range of partners and stakeholders.
- Experience writing technical user stories in JIRA and Confluence using standard notations.
