Responsibilities
- Assist the execution of product launches from approval through publishing on the CandleScience ecommerce platform.
- Provide timely status updates to stakeholders about launches, changes, delays, risks, and developments.
- Maintain SKU data, digital assets, and product documentation across Solidus, Deposco, and other systems with high accuracy.
- Support project workflows, timelines, and task tracking in ClickUp or similar tools to enable cross-functional execution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose workflow or automation improvements to boost efficiency and launch throughput.
- Monitor inbound shipments and production boards, escalating potential timeline risks to the Product Operations and Lifecycle Manager.
- Audit and maintain product data and documentation to ensure consistency across systems.
- Coordinate handoffs of product samples to the Photography Team and ensure final assets are linked to ecommerce listings.
- Ensure the Operations Team has the product information and data needed for labeling, production, and fulfillment.
- Support launch-day readiness by coordinating required documentation, marketing assets, inventory availability, and other operational needs.
- Administer the Post-Launch Retrospective process by scheduling meetings, gathering feedback, and organizing information for review.
- Maintain SOP documentation and ClickUp workflows based on processes set by the Product Operations & Lifecycle Manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2–4 years in product operations, project coordination, ecommerce, manufacturing, consumer products, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle coordination, project tracking, and cross-functional workflows.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining accurate business data across multiple software platforms.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Solidus, Deposco, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business applications.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and maintaining website content.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms and tools independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong working relationships.

Work Environment
