The Vice President level Product Manager will drive the digital roadmap for JPMorganChase's U.S. Wealth Management Content team, applying AI to streamline content production, editorial workflows, and personalization. The role collaborates with cross-functional groups to deliver an integrated digital content experience for wealth management clients and prospects. This onsite position is based in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage business requirements, detailing the project scope
- Collaborate with technology, design, and architecture to ensure deliverables satisfy business needs
- Develop and monitor project plans, providing visibility into progress toward Content roadmap milestones
- Lead high visibility initiatives to deliver a cohesive digital content experience
- Provide regular data reporting and analysis
- Study trends to inform roadmap strategy; work with data and analytics to size opportunities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to define target audiences
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management experience; Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong written and spoken communication with effective presentation skills
- Robust analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Experience drafting requirements
- Expertise in designing processes and workflows
- Experience delivering digital projects and managing execution
- Ability to conduct independent data analysis using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketing Cloud, Figma or similar design tools
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines with calm under pressure and meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility with varying tasks and ad hoc projects
- Ability to function effectively as a team member or individual contributor
