Job Description

Join Circle K onsite in Charlotte, NC to shape the Digital Retail Experience. This role offers the opportunity to lead concept development, execute proofs of concept and pilots, analyze outcomes, and translate insights into actionable product requirements and backlogs. Work with a cross-functional team to bring ideas to life, coordinating internal and external development resources in a fast paced, data driven environment.

Responsibilities

Lead early concept development, build financial models, create proofs of concept, and oversee pilot execution.
Analyze pilot performance and recommend improvements based on data.
Define success criteria for proofs of concept and pilot programs.
Manage a cross-functional team to bring concepts to live pilots on schedule and within budget.
Develop product requirements, manage feature backlogs, conduct bug scrubs, and coordinate cost effective use of internal and external development resources.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years of tech product management experience.
Experience with new product development and pilot rollouts.
Agile product management experience.
Consumer product experience.
Previous startup leadership a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast paced, rigorous work environment.

Physical Requirements

Sit for extended periods.
Operate computer keyboard and mouse for data entry.
View computer monitor.
Hear and speak via telephone.
Reach forward and overhead as needed.
Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Work Environment

The typical work environment features a moderate noise level with lighting that includes natural light and fluorescent fixtures. You will work with minimal direction and periodic supervision.
