Information Technology Senior Management Forum is seeking a Manager, Product Manager for Model Analytics & Forecasting to lead the governance and development of analytic platforms used to manage risk and capital decisions. This onsite, McLean, VA role sits at the intersection of quantitative modeling and strategic product delivery, collaborating with stakeholders across finance, risk, and technology to translate complex requirements into reliable forecasting capabilities. The position offers a salary range of USD 164,800 - 188,100 per year.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners across quantitative model development, balance sheet risk management, and Treasury trading desks to surface user pain points and define desired outcomes for modeling tools
- Work closely with users and end customers, including Quant and Treasury teams, to translate business requirements into capabilities that enable model development, testing, and deployment
- Coordinate with Technology, Data, and Business stakeholder teams while engaging with peers in Research, Design, Architecture, and other groups to craft and iterate on solutions for high-priority needs
- Drive alignment among stakeholders by prioritizing competing initiatives, sequencing development of capabilities and features, and ensuring end-to-end delivery
- Establish success metrics and feedback loops to assess usability, adoption, and impact, continuously iterating based on user and stakeholder input
Requirements
- Currently holds, or is pursuing, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related field) with the expectation that the degree will be earned on or before the start date; or a Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience
