TikTok seeks a Product Manager to lead Creative AIGC initiatives for advertising creatives, overseeing the integration of AI into creative production and ad delivery, and enabling collaboration with external partners to drive data driven optimization. This is an onsite role in San Jose, California, with a base salary band of USD 151,200 to 311,600 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop AIGC driven products for advertising creatives, dissecting the advertising workflow to embed AI capabilities into production and delivery processes to boost adoption and effectiveness.
- Design and implement AIGC solutions tailored to advertising creatives by evaluating leading AI models and aligning them with the business characteristics of various verticals, delivering high quality AI generated creative content.
- Coordinate external collaboration and enablement of AIGC product capabilities, including integration with other business products and delivering to external clients such as agencies to strengthen the customer ecosystem.
- Lead product data analysis to monitor usage and continuously optimize the user experience, partnering with operations to study user behavior, understand usage scenarios, and propose innovative improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in AIGC products.
- Strong hands on understanding of domestic and international AIGC applications and tools, with knowledge of text to image models, text to video models, large language models, multimodal large models, and related technologies.
- Solid business insight, logical reasoning, and proven project management capability.
- Deep understanding of the online advertising industry and advertiser needs, including experience in creative development, media buying, and advertising optimization.
- Proven AI technology and application capabilities within the advertising domain.

Compensation and Employment Details
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151,200 to $311,600 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one component of the overall compensation package and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, stock units, or other incentives.
