You will own end-to-end management of complex investments and wealth-management product lines within Equitable Advisors, driving due diligence, risk controls, and cross-functional execution while enjoying ongoing opportunities to develop your expertise and impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead initial and ongoing due diligence of complex products, including real estate exchange programs (1031/DSTs) and other alternatives
- Perform principal reviews of the real estate exchange business and other alternatives with thorough analysis and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with supervision, compliance, and vendors to establish and monitor controls and risk management
- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned product lines while maintaining awareness of all BD/RIA offerings
- Review, edit, and create communications and training content for assigned products
- Manage relationships with external vendors and product sponsors tied to the product lines
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advance initiatives, resolve conflicts, and meet business goals
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for clients and advisors, supporting growth in sales and assets for Equitable Advisors retail channel
- Understand and contribute to the firm’s written supervisory procedures (WSPs)
- Support or execute additional ad hoc projects as directed by leadership
Requirements
- 4+ years in a Product Manager role supporting investment securities, alternative investments, or other financial services products
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, or Series 63 and 65
- FINRA Series 24 or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire
- Strong knowledge of alternative investments, mutual funds, investment advisory programs, and general securities
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to assess product fit and transaction suitability based on client-specific facts
