Partner Manager, Product Operations
Job Description
Own strategic post-onboarding relationships for real estate associations, MLS partners, and 3P integrated platforms while driving renewal outcomes and operational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for external Real Estate Associations, MLS partners, and 3P integrated platforms.
- Create operational review rhythms and feedback channels with partner executive teams to assess relationship health and satisfaction.
- Represent partner needs internally and ensure alignment between external stakeholders and Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
- Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for MLS data licensing and Association form integration agreements.
- Work with the Industry Relations Team on licensing and procurement to align pricing structures, contract terms, and spend approvals ahead of renewal windows.
- Collaborate with the Vendor Management Office led by Product Operations to optimize vendor spend, identify cost synergies, and support budget governance across the Product Department.
- Continuously monitor partnership risk indicators to mitigate churn, address compliance bottlenecks, and maintain uninterrupted service for end users.
- Partner with the Forms & Compliance Integration operational team to oversee form updates, reduce administrative tooling friction, and meet MLS data audit requirements.
- Drive support and delivery for partner-related initiatives with Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
- Define KPIs and partner scorecards to track partner ROI and integration efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Account Management, Partner Success, or Business Development within PropTech, SaaS, or Real Estate Technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of MLS data structures, REALTOR® association dynamics, and real estate form software (e.g., ZipForms, DocuSign, Dotloop, Glide).
- Proven background managing key accounts, driving complex contract renewals, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership, thoroughness, proactivity, and ability to deliver cross-functional outcomes.
- Ability to translate technical and operational requirements between external partners and internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to Product leadership.

Salary: USD 113,000 - 126,000 per year
