The Product Owner – Execution role at Weir Group sits within the global Supply Chain domain, where execution capabilities across warehouses, logistics, distribution, transportation, and customer fulfilment are translated into practical product outcomes. You will set the direction for the Execution product area by shaping the vision, roadmap, and prioritised backlog, with a focus on measurable value delivery that strengthens service, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
Based in Fort Worth, TX with a hybrid arrangement, this position supports SAP EWM and Transportation Management and spans improvement work from delivery planning through design, testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU. Collaboration will be cross-functional and cross-time-zone, including global travel when needed, to ensure standard, scalable processes are adopted across regions.
What you’ll own
- Maintain the Execution product vision, roadmap, and prioritised backlog, aligning delivery with Supply Chain strategy, business value, user needs, risk, and process-consolidation priorities.
- Translate warehouse, logistics, distribution, transport, inventory movement, and fulfilment requirements into backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring SAP EWM and Transportation Management capabilities enable standard and scalable processes.
- Lead execution-product improvements across the full lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU, coordinating dependencies across business, data, integration, technology, change, testing, and external delivery partners.
- Prioritise improvement themes using OTIF, logistics productivity, inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, transport performance, and fulfilment insights, while challenging unnecessary local variation to drive adoption and value realisation.

What you’ll bring
- An equivalent combination of education and experience that supports the objectives of the role.
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Logistics Manager, Distribution Manager, Warehouse Operations Leader, EWM/TM Product Lead, Business Lead, or subject-matter expert in a complex regional or global environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics execution, warehouse operations, inventory movement, distribution, transport management, and customer fulfilment, including experience with SAP EWM and SAP Transportation Management, and SAP S/4HANA or equivalent platforms.
- Experience managing product backlogs and converting business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Cloud ALM, Signavio, or similar tools is beneficial.
