Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, technical literature, and sales-enablement training for global sales channels and regional execution.
Track product adoption, field performance, and profitability, and execute lifecycle updates, enhancements, or phase-outs as needed.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
3+ years of related experience in product management, application engineering, or product marketing within the HVAC, building automation, or industrial thermal management sector.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, chillers, or cooling infrastructure.
Proven cross-functional leadership, communication, and ability to influence stakeholders across engineering and commercial teams.
Direct experience with data center thermal architecture or liquid cooling technologies (CDUs, direct-to-chip cooling) and experience with Dry Coolers (preferred).
