Crypto.com is building trading experiences inside the Crypto.com App for a global retail audience, and is hiring a Senior/Principal Product Manager, Trading to own the Trading product end-to-end. This role is accountable for turning trader needs into shipped improvements, with clear product discovery, decisive prioritization, and cross-functional execution at scale.
Role focus
You will drive trading product discovery and iteration by owning the Trading roadmap, defining the experiences that ship, and improving them after launch. You will partner across Engineering, Design, Analytics, QA, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth, maintaining alignment through clear decisions and responsible escalation.
What you’ll do
- Own the Trading roadmap: set milestones, surface dependencies, keep strategic priorities honest, and make prioritization calls when multiple priorities compete.
- Define and ship trading experiences: write specifications, run user studies, iterate based on feedback, partner with QA on test plans, and keep the backlog moving, with no launch activity without your sign-off.
- Stay grounded in real trader behavior: interview and observe customers, using questions like showing how users currently trade and manage risk, and distinguish stated preferences from behavioral evidence.
- Make hard tradeoffs: decide across speed vs. depth, retail clarity vs. power-user needs, and compliance constraints vs. product ambition.
- Bring market and competitive clarity: run research that informs what’s built next, ensuring insights translate into the roadmap.
- Represent Trading across the company: serve as the DRI in cross-functional forums with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth; align stakeholders, with escalation reserved for exceptions.
- Own a defined slice of the trading product line: take features from inception through post-launch iteration, focusing on outcomes from start to finish.
Requirements
- Crypto and/or perpetuals build experience: shipped trading products in crypto and/or perpetuals, not only adjacent fintech.
- Shipped software or financial products at scale: owned customer-facing products end-to-end, including coordination across design, engineering, and GTM through launch and through dependency changes.
- Data-informed, user-obsessed approach: instrument funnels, size opportunities, and prioritize with analysis you drive yourself, applying a compassionate lens of the trader.
- Cross-functional leadership without authority: experience aligning Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth toward ship dates and unblocking teams when progress stalls.
- AI-native workflow: demonstrable use of AI tools with human-in-the-loop judgment (required, not optional).

Preferred experience
- Stocks, tokenized stocks, and/or options: hands-on product or market knowledge that helps expand beyond core crypto trading.
- Retail trading or gamification: shipped experiences that make complex markets approachable without removing depth.
- Global consumer product: launched and iterated across regions with different regulatory and UX constraints.
Compensation and location
- Location: United States (hybrid)
- Salary: USD 130,000 to 180,000 per year
Benefits
