Build AML agentic solutions that strengthen fraud prevention, due diligence, sanctions screening, and financial crime detection. In this onsite Product Owner role at PNC Financial Services Group, you will define product vision and maintain the product backlog for integrated financial crime risk management, working closely with Scrum Masters and development teams to focus delivery on the right priorities for customers and business objectives.
What you’ll do
- Own the product vision and product definition for AML/agentic solutions.
- Act as the voice of the Customer, translating customer needs into actionable direction for agile teams.
- Ensure Scrum Team efforts concentrate on the right priorities based on business value.
- Define and communicate the vision to the team to address client requirements and support product outcomes aligned to business objectives.
- Maintain the integrity of the product backlog, including accountable creation and ongoing stewardship.
- Lead and support product backlog grooming by prioritizing and refining upcoming work.
- Partner with Scrum Master(s) and development team(s) to ensure the correct items are focused during development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team questions and make empowered decisions to keep delivery on track.
What you’ll bring
- Strong knowledge of AML, BSA, KYC, sanctions, and fraud processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience translating complex compliance and risk needs into product features and user stories.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, automation, and emerging technologies that can improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate with compliance, risk, operations, and technology stakeholders to deliver business value.
- Demonstrated success prioritizing product backlogs and driving solutions that improve capabilities in fraud prevention, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and financial crime detection.
- Typically requires a university/college degree and 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Location and pay
Pittsburgh, PA (onsite). PNC generally provides roles in-office and this position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, or Birmingham, AL.
Base salary: $91,000.00 – $185,900.00 per year. Salaries may vary by geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
