Treasure AI seeks a seasoned Product Operations Program Manager to steer cross-functional R&D initiatives, optimize delivery workflows, and drive AI adoption across teams from our Mountain View office.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution for core R&D programs, including launches, suite rollouts, and early release initiatives, proactively surfacing issues and solving problems as priorities shift.
- Own and continuously refine product delivery processes from intake to readiness, ensuring consistent use of stage gates, checklists, and playbooks in partnership with Product Ops.
- Monitor and communicate delivery progress, milestones, and risks across programs, providing clear updates to executives and the board to maintain visibility.
- Advocate for AI adoption by identifying automation opportunities, collaborating with R&D and Ops to embed AI tools into workflows, and sharing learnings to encourage uptake.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment through launch reviews and dependency syncs, ensuring GTM and CS teams receive the right inputs from R&D to be launch-ready.
- Balance structure with adaptability in a dynamic environment, accommodating shifting priorities while upholding consistent processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, navigating dependencies and blockers creatively to keep programs on track.
- Ensure stakeholder readiness by coordinating the right inputs, timing, and communication across R&D, GTM, and CS teams.
- Maintain composure and a constructive outlook in high-change situations, fostering collaboration and keeping teams focused under pressure.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in program or project management within SaaS or tech sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of untangling issues and advancing teams.
- Collaborative and resourceful, with a demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch.
- Positive, level-headed demeanor under pressure, approachable, and capable of lightening the mood when needed.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in experimenting with new technologies to drive efficiency.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
