At TapestryHealth, we have built a proven software-enabled platform for chronic care management in skilled nursing facilities, and we are expanding to empower physician practices to deliver CCM using our technology. In the Senior Product Manager for New Markets role, you will shape the product surface for entering new markets and customer segments, build out analytics and ACO offerings, and craft go-to-market partnerships that scale across regions. This is a remote position that demands a thoughtful, data-driven approach to new market expansion.
Position overview
TapestryHealth is expanding beyond its core platform for chronic care management in skilled nursing facilities. The focus now is on enabling physician practices to deliver CCM with our technology, building an ACO-ready offering, and unlocking the data and analytics layer that underpins these capabilities.
Company overview
TapestryHealth is dedicated to improving the quality of care for patients in skilled nursing facilities. We deliver technology-enabled healthcare solutions designed to enhance outcomes, optimize operations, and support long-term care providers. Our team collaborates with partners to ensure high standards of care while reducing barriers to access and inefficiency.
Responsibilities
- This outward-facing, high-ambiguity role involves defining and building the product surface for expansion into new markets and customer segments.
- Physician enablement platform: define how independent and group physician practices can use TapestryHealth technology to deliver remote CCM to their patient panels.
- ACO product offering: translate attribution, quality reporting, and total cost of care visibility into features and workflows that serve providers and the ACO entity.
- Data and analytics products: collaborate with engineering and clinical operations to define external analytics and reporting, including risk stratification, quality metrics, MIPS/QCDR reporting, and longitudinal patient data.
- Market discovery: own the process for new segments, including customer interviews, design partnerships, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Go-to-market partnerships: work with business development and clinical leadership to ensure new surfaces are launchable, trainable, and sellable.
- Build versus buy assessment: evaluate extending the existing platform versus partnering or integrating with third party solutions such as EHR integrations, claims data feeds, or interoperability infrastructure.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years launching a net-new product or entering a new market segment.
- Deep familiarity with value-based care, ACO models, or physician practice operations, with understanding of how practices generate revenue, manage risk, and what keeps administrators up at night.
- Comfort with regulatory and compliance complexity, including CMS program requirements, MIPS/QCDR reporting, ACO attribution logic, or equivalent policy-driven constraints.
- Strong discovery instincts for running customer interviews, synthesizing ambiguous signals, and making confident bets on what to build without perfect information.
- Commercial awareness to write a business case, assess market sizing, and engage meaningfully with business development on sellable offerings.
