Responsibilities
- Understand technology and customer trends in networking, security, and edge computing to define forward-looking strategies that drive growth
- Engage directly with customers to capture their needs and translate them into what we can build to enable and delight them
- Own all aspects of the product portfolio including strategy, feature roadmap, user experience, pricing, and growth for different customer segments
- Create documentation for the product lifecycle, including roadmaps, business requirements, and functional specifications
- Drive product development across engineering, operations, product management, business development, and marketing through requirements, design, implementation, and deployment
- Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to drive product growth
- Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms to identify partnership and collaboration opportunities
- Prototype new features and experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product management experience in internet businesses
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
- 3+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or related fields
- 7+ years of full product lifecycle experience
- 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
- 5+ years of creating written documentation for new product development
- 5+ years of enterprise security product experience
- 5+ years of product management experience in cloud computing technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
- Experience taking a product from conception through engineering design and to market
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with full lifecycle ownership from concept to GTM

We collaborate across services that provide network connectivity and security from the internet to AWS, within AWS, and across multiple clouds or customer data centers. This includes CloudFront, AWS Global Accelerator, AWS WAF, AWS Shield, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancers, VPC, Cloud Interconnect, and Network Gateways.
