Job Description

Responsibilities

Define the product strategy roadmap to guide development and market success
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to improve product quality, availability, development, and profitability
Stay informed on competition, customers, and market dynamics
Work with the Retail Sales Manager to build forecasting, sales development, and implementation models for targeted retail opportunities
Oversee the retail product line within budget and assume P/L responsibility to drive annual performance improvements
Develop, train, and retain talent and resources to deliver the highest quality retail products available
Develop strategic plans for retail products and align resources to support strategic designs with tactical execution, leveraging Taylor Farms scale

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or related roles
Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional weekend and night production as needed
Ability to manage a line of business with P/L responsibility toward profitable operations
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to handle a diverse range of employee situations professionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, D365, and Power BI
Willingness to pursue company-affiliated learning opportunities covering process management, project management, and applicable food safety regulations
Contribute to continuous improvement of employee retention through training and assessment of competency
