Responsibilities
- Support product rollouts and adoption by coordinating with product, design, and operations to execute outreach and rollout plans for new features.
- Contribute to product development as a key tester, documenting findings, sharing user feedback with the product team, and helping identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze feature performance by monitoring metrics, examining user behavior, and summarizing insights for the team.
- Advocate for the user experience by gathering and organizing feedback from multiple channels to inform the product roadmap.
- Streamline team operations by identifying efficiency opportunities, improving documentation, refining feedback loops, and introducing practical automations.
Requirements
- Early-career professional, from a recent graduate up to two years of experience, building a career in product operations.
- Passion for product and technology with curiosity about how products are built, launched, and improved.
- Interest in AI and its potential to enhance user experiences, with willingness to learn.
- Analytical mindset and data curiosity, comfortable with spreadsheets and eager to expand data analysis skills.
- Problem-solver mindset, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable seeking answers to drive solutions.
- Desire to grow technical skills, with exposure to SQL or other data tools considered a plus.
- Collaborative and hands-on approach, ready to contribute across testing, feedback analysis, and more.
