Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy roadmap to guide development and market success
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to improve product quality, availability, development, and profitability
• Stay informed on competition, customers, and market dynamics
• Work with the Retail Sales Manager to build forecasting, sales development, and implementation models for targeted retail opportunities
• Oversee the retail product line within budget and assume P/L responsibility to drive annual performance improvements
• Develop, train, and retain talent and resources to deliver the highest quality retail products available
• Develop strategic plans for retail products and align resources to support strategic designs with tactical execution, leveraging Taylor Farms scale

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or related roles
• Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional weekend and night production as needed
• Ability to manage a line of business with P/L responsibility toward profitable operations
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle a diverse range of employee situations professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, D365, and Power BI
• Willingness to pursue company-affiliated learning opportunities covering process management, project management, and applicable food safety regulations
