Job Description
The role involves hands-on design, testing, and launch activities for EMI and RFI filter products, guiding projects from concept through prototyping to full production with lab validation and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and refinement of EMI and RFI filter products from initial idea to prototype and into production
- Develop and execute practical test plans using instruments such as spectrum analyzers and a Vector Network Analyzer, complemented by real lab work
- Analyze performance data, including insertion loss and attenuation, to validate product performance
- Support certification and regulatory testing to meet customer requirements and applicable standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Operations to improve products and processes
- Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to achieve project milestones
- Manage multiple projects while balancing timelines, quality, and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product design, testing, or a related area ( internships count )
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, curious mindset
- Clear and effective communication of technical information
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Comfortable working in both office and laboratory environments
