Job Description

The Product Manager for Platform and Data Integration at eClinical Solutions will define and deliver platform capabilities across APIs, data connectors, interoperability, metadata exchange, data ingestion, and AI enabled automation. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, and customers to translate complex challenges into scalable, high value platform features aligned with the broader product strategy. This on-site role is based in Mansfield, MA and offers a salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for one or more platform capabilities within the Platform and Data Integration portfolio.
Translate customer problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into scalable product capabilities.
Prioritize features and enhancements that balance customer value, technical investment, and commercial opportunity.
Collaborate with Solution Managers and Principal Product Managers to ensure roadmaps align with the overall product strategy.
Lead AI-enabled discovery, refinement, and delivery of capabilities across APIs, data connectors, metadata-driven workflows, integration services, and import/export features.
Design scalable, reusable platform capabilities that minimize implementation effort across diverse customer environments.
Work closely with software engineers, architects, and UX designers to deliver intuitive, reliable, and maintainable platform experiences.
Contribute to technical design discussions to balance usability, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Partner with Product Owners during development to clarify requirements, reduce ambiguity, and support effective sprint execution.
Engage with customers, implementation teams, and technology partners to understand integration challenges and evolving platform needs.
Translate user insights into product improvements that simplify complex workflows and improve outcomes for users.
Foster cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, UX, Services, Customer Success, and Support throughout the lifecycle.
Support launches with release readiness, demonstrations, documentation, and customer enablement.
Define success metrics for the product area focusing on adoption, usability, operational efficiency, and quality.
Analyze feedback, usage analytics, and operational metrics to drive ongoing improvements.
Identify opportunities for AI to enhance user experience, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline complex workflows.
Apply AI-enabled methods to research, prioritization, documentation, and decision making to improve execution continually.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline is required.
Five or more years of experience in software product management, preferably within enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or data-intensive applications.
