Job Description

The Product Operations Engineer in Enterprise Operations focuses on mapping and refining enterprise processes that span technology platforms, workflows, and organizational roles. The role targets opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance performance, with an emphasis on AI-enabled improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Map and document enterprise processes across technology ecosystems, operational workflows, and organizational functions.
Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and gaps, proposing solutions that boost speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Act as a solutions-focused partner to both business and technical teams, translating process challenges into actionable improvement plans.
Assess and advocate for AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Lead cross-functional improvement programs from scoping through implementation with alignment across stakeholders.
Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and systems-of-record mappings.
Serve as a product-minded advisor during system implementations, platform evaluations, and operational change initiatives.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics, IT, and operational leadership to ensure technology investments address real process needs.
Measure and communicate the impact of process improvements through clear metrics and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, business, operations management, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in solutions engineering, process improvement, technical project management, or operational consulting.
Proven ability to map complex business processes and translate them into structured, actionable documentation.
Strong interest in and hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization technologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from concept to completion.
Structured problem-solving mindset with attention to both the big picture and operational details.
