Job Description

Fusion5 is hiring an Amazon Marketplace & Product Operations Specialist to help strengthen marketplace performance through accurate product operations and data-driven reporting. This onsite role in Odessa, FL pairs day-to-day listing management with analytics that support onboarding, inventory management, and fulfillment workflow improvements. If you enjoy turning sales data into practical dashboards and insights, you will play a key role in cross-functional operational strategy.

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.

What you will do

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Marketplace, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and compliant with platform policies.
Analyze sales performance using business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to spot trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales analytics, and marketplace health metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales management systems, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and product teams, to align operational strategies.
Perform data interpretation and analysis using SQL, Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, and other data visualization software to support forecasting and process improvements.
Drive process enhancements that streamline product onboarding, inventory management, and order fulfillment workflows.
Support project management efforts focused on continuous improvement of marketplace operations and business intelligence reporting.

What you bring

Proficiency with reporting and business intelligence tools, including Tableau, Power BI, Visio, Salesforce Cloud, and dashboard/report development software.
Strong data analysis skills with expertise in Excel (including VLOOKUP), SQL queries, and data visualization techniques.
Experience working with sales management systems and CRM systems proficiency to support smooth operations.
Knowledge of business analysis principles, paired with quantitative analysis skills to inform decision-making.
Ability to interpret complex datasets related to sales performance, inventory levels, and marketplace trends.
Comfort with project management methodologies, especially where process improvement and forecasting accuracy are priorities.
Clear cross-functional communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
