Develop product enablement strategies for new capabilities, enhancements, and changes to existing workflows.
Partner with Application Specialists, Business Analysts, vendors, and business champions to develop training, guidance, and support resources.
Participate in demonstrations, pilots, office hours, and targeted training where hands-on PrM involvement supports adoption.
Develop internal champions and feedback networks to strengthen product knowledge across project teams.
Monitor adoption and user proficiency, and adjust enablement approaches when expected outcomes are not achieved.
Champion Construction Operations digital delivery standards and documentation practices across the product ecosystem.
Partner with Digital Operations Leadership to align with McGough’s project governance model.
Drive continuous improvement in deployment, enhancement, and support processes to improve velocity, quality, stability, and consistency.
Collaborate with vendors and delivery partners to ensure solutions align with Construction Operations needs and enablement goals.
Promote consistent product management practices across roadmap execution, requirements management, release readiness, and lifecycle planning.
