Wilson Connectivity is seeking a Product Manager for weBoost to lead digital commerce and operations initiatives. The role owns the product roadmap, technology strategy, and automation efforts across ecommerce, inventory, fulfillment, and digital operations, driving data‑driven growth through cross‑functional collaboration and system integrations.

Responsibilities
- Lead the roadmap and technology strategy for the digital commerce ecosystem, spanning ecommerce channels, marketplaces, analytics, and operational systems.
- Collaborate with digital sales, engineering, design, and external vendors to prioritize and deliver scalable technology solutions that growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Act as the technology lead for website optimization, conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and digital analytics, ensuring data-driven decisions with measurable impact.
- Embed within operational workflows such as inventory management, fulfillment, supply chain, and customer experience to identify inefficiencies and translate them into technology improvements.
- Design and continuously improve automation, AI-powered solutions, and operational tooling that reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
- Own the integration and performance of systems across ecommerce, marketplaces, ERP, WMS, CRM, BI, and other critical platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and operational visibility.
- Establish and maintain reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and post-launch measurement processes that provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across the digital business.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on ecommerce, digital commerce operations, or a combination of both, with a hands-on approach as needed.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools, including GPT-based solutions, to automate workflows and enhance ecommerce or operational processes.
- Demonstrated success leading digital products from discovery through launch and iteration, with hands-on experience in ecommerce platforms and commerce technologies such as CMS, PIM, search, payments, and reviews.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using web analytics tools (GA4 preferred), performance dashboards, and data-driven decision making to optimize business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of systems integration concepts, including APIs, webhooks, and data flows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and technical partners.
- Experience partnering with commercial teams on website optimization, CRO, experimentation, and digital growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and actionable recommendations.
- Blend of strategic product management expertise with a hands-on mindset, thriving in environments where roadmaps and operational challenges are tackled concurrently.
- Demonstrated experience with ecommerce, digital commerce platforms, systems integrations, analytics, and technology-driven business optimization.
- Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions while balancing priorities, timelines, and platform constraints.
- Passion for process improvement, automation, and AI, with a track record of reducing manual work through technology.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, building partnerships with sales, operations, engineering, customer experience, and external vendors.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, using insights, experimentation, and performance metrics to guide decisions and continuously improve results.
