$150k - $180k/yr Full time Manager Senior Customer Experience

Lead AI-enabled product strategy and delivery for enterprise Production Shipping in high-volume logistics environments at Pitney Bowes.

Own product strategy for Production Shipping, setting vertical-specific roadmaps for pharma, retail, 3PL, and manufacturing
Close legacy gaps and evolve the modern shipping platform for high-volume, multi-DC operations and LTL/TL plus compliance-heavy workflows
Drive enterprise customer success across 400+ strategic accounts, supporting retention, satisfaction, and roadmap alignment
Partner with field sales on consultative deals with $100K–$500K ACV, delivering product expertise, demos, and ROI narratives
Turn customer insight into requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks
Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, partnerships, sales, and customer success to deliver roadmap commitments on time
Track business performance across revenue growth, activation, adoption, PSAT, and churn reduction
Conduct competitive intelligence and identify opportunities to expand Production Shipping capabilities across the Shipping 360 ecosystem

6–10 years in product, including 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or shipping technology
Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows, multi-location fulfillment, carrier routing, LTL/TL, and optimization concepts
Vertical knowledge in at least one segment: pharma, retail, 3PL, or manufacturing
Executive-level communication with comfort presenting to VP/C-suite stakeholders and guiding strategic accounts
Full product lifecycle ownership across research, competitive analysis, requirements, launch, and adoption
Platform thinking to balance scalability and customization
Cross-functional leadership spanning engineering, design, sales, customer success, and partnerships
Analytical rigor with data-driven decision-making, ROI modeling, usage analytics, and customer metrics

Experience with multicarrier parcel management, enterprise TMS/WMS, or ERP/WMS integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan)
Background in pharma compliance (21 CFR Part 11), POD workflows, or healthcare integrations
3PL platform experience, including multi-tenant and client billing
Led large-scale migrations from legacy to modern platforms
Interest in AI/ML for carrier selection, network optimization, or predictive shipping
International shipping experience, including duties, taxes, and cross-border carriers
