The Sr. Product Manager for Global Marketing Tooling will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more critical workstreams within the global marketing technology portfolio. This is an individual contributor role focused on defining direction, making trade-offs, and delivering measurable outcomes that advance the organization’s technology transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps for the assigned marketing tooling workstreams within the global Martech stack
- Perform competitive analysis, user research, and market assessments to guide product direction
- Establish success metrics, use data to prioritize features, measure outcomes, and iterate
- Resolve trade-offs among competing stakeholder needs with clear rationale and transparent communication
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering to scope, design, and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions
- Foster trusted relationships with marketing operations, engineering, and business stakeholders worldwide
- Serve as the primary product contact for the workstream and present priorities in cross-functional forums
- Drive alignment across competing needs through influence, data-driven insight, and clear communication
- Own the go-to-market plan for product launches, including communications, training, and enablement
- Define and enforce data standards, taxonomy requirements, and integration specifications for assigned products
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record shaping and driving roadmap strategy and definitions
- Experience delivering end-to-end products
- Experience making feature trade-offs and prioritization decisions
- Prior experience as a product manager or product owner
- Experience owning technology products
