The Product Owner on the Self-Service Team within IICX is based in Owings Mills, MD with a hybrid work arrangement. The role drives continuous improvement of money movement experiences, including bank management, cash transfers, and required minimum distributions, while shaping the product roadmap in support of the brokerage transformation agenda.
Responsibilities
- Product Ownership โ Partners with business, legal, compliance, finance, and design teams to ensure compliant, client-centric solutions that align with brand standards and deliver a holistic end-to-end experience. Establishes or heavily contributes to the roadmap for assigned products. Removes impediments and facilitates decisions to ensure successful delivery. Elevates product-related issues that cannot be resolved at the team level.
- Achieves Business Results โ Oversees a cross-functional team and ensures products meet or exceed standards for business performance, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency by monitoring and interpreting metrics against key performance indicators such as sales, new accounts, and lead or referral generation. Develops and implements strategies to improve product outcomes.
- Coaching and Mentoring โ Supports onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of product analysts; recognizes associates appropriately and provides constructive feedback to support development goals. May coach a cross-functional Agile team when serving in a product owner capacity.
- Product Release Coordination โ Plans with other key team roles and product owners across teams to ensure a strategic, complementary release schedule. Identifies operational changes arising from a release and co-responsible for defining reusable solutions or shared components.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, and at least 5 years of total relevant work experience

Work Flexibility

Base Salary Ranges
- $96,500 - $164,000 for Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
- $105,000 - $180,000 for Washington, D.C.
- $120,000 - $205,000 for New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individualโs relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is one component of the total compensation package, and employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus determined by company and individual performance.
