Role Overview
In this role, you will activate the linkage between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product and portfolio opportunities. You will establish product vision, product charter, and roadmap, define product outcomes using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and drive the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret business data using a range of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
- Connect U.S. Bank strategy with customer experience, digital, technology, and business line priorities to identify and prioritize product or portfolio opportunities and establish product vision, charter, and roadmap.
- Define product outcomes and set OKRs to prioritize features and epics, and break work into actionable steps that support product discovery, design, development, and delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap using OKRs.
- Create and coordinate product execution with agile, experience design, technology, and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
- For technical products, understand technical features and apply expertise to address technical debt reduction and modernization of the product.

- Expertise in critical interdependencies among product model system elements that influence performance, with the ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.
- Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and internal and external customer needs while consistently adding value.
- Strong customer centricity, including implementation of strategies and techniques to support positive customer experiences across every touch point.
- Knowledge of the technical aspects of software products, including ability to design, configure, and integrate technical components.
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working and risk assessment practices, including tools and techniques for assessing and controlling exposure to risks, and the ability to apply risk management knowledge appropriately across situations.
