The Command & Control Product Owner on the Hornet program leads an agile software team, owns the backlog, and ensures features meet requirements and quality standards. This mid-senior level role (Level 4) requires 5+ years of experience, a BS degree, and an active TS/SCI clearance, with onsite work locations in King of Prussia, PA or Littleton, CO.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, defining feature scope, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done
- Collaborate with program leadership to set increment goals, plan increments, and coordinate Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, and Incremental Design Reviews with the Scrum Master
- Translate customer and mission requirements into software features
- Review and approve work items, merge requests, and test results to ensure defects are resolved and quality targets are met
- Manage feature dependencies, government furnished items (GFx), risks, and opportunities; coordinate with stakeholders
- Represent the team at Engineering Review Boards, TEMs, and Program Reviews; prepare and deliver technical artifacts and CDRLs
- Provide technical leadership and guidance aligned with program priorities and customer needs
- Track and resolve giver/receiver interfaces and cross-team dependencies, coordinating with other Product Owners
Requirements
- Agile scrum experience and proficiency with Jira, VersionOne, and Confluence
- Experience with Agile software development, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud computing technologies
- Previous Command and Control experience
- Experience working across teams or with external stakeholders
- Experience with GitLab pipelines for software projects
- Current TS clearance prior to start and the ability to obtain SCI
- BS degree

Compensation
Annual base salary range is $113,900 to $200,905. The stated range applies to specific locations; final compensation reflects location and other factors.
