Description

The Senior Product Manager will lead a strategic initiative to reshape global DSP last mile operations and define the product strategy and roadmap for Speed programs across the network.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap to introduce new Speed programs (Same Day, Sub Same Day, Amazon Now) for DSPs to complete Amazon deliveries at a global scale
Define the long term product strategy and vision to meet DSP customer needs and the network demand for new delivery modes
Influence how we model last mile operations by defining global best practices
Provide alignment between partner teams
Influence senior leadership on strategy and investment
Drive organizational change and transformative initiatives
Lead end to end product development from ideation to launch for innovative last mile delivery solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and evaluating tradeoffs of a product
5+ years of product or finance experience
