What you will do
- Training Program Ownership — Develop and execute training programs in key areas such as new hire onboarding, consultative skills development, Investments and Products, and sales process implementation. Specific focus areas will align with the successful candidate’s background and skill set.
- Achieves Business Results — Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, investments, product and enablement, ensuring training initiatives drive measurable business outcomes. Establish objectives and action items, measure impact, and iterate based on feedback.
- Coaching and Mentoring — Provide support to leadership on onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of new team members as needed.
- Innovation — Embrace the latest tools and technologies to deliver training at scale and explore new, innovative delivery methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role
Compensation by location
Base salary ranges vary by location and are one component of the total compensation package. Placement within the range reflects the candidate’s experience and skills.
- Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers: $96,500 - $164,000 per year
- Washington, DC: $105,000 - $180,000 per year
- New York, California: $120,000 - $205,000 per year
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
Work arrangement
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
