Product Owner

This Product Owner role at Capgemini focuses on connecting business priorities with technology delivery. You will gather and structure requirements, collaborate across stakeholders and technical teams, and support Agile execution to help ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Run requirement workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and perform gap analysis.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
• Carry out impact analysis, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify business requirements are satisfied.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
