Responsibilities

Collaborate with field sales, distributors, and customers to determine optimal LV MCC and LV MCC Aftermarket solutions and address related challenges.
Own the LV MCC Aftermarket and service center operations strategy.
Improve systems and tools including BidManager, design automation, and PowerBi to support decision making.
Lead new product development for aftermarket offerings from concept through delivery.
Launch marketing collateral to support product introductions and aftermarket programs.
Develop strategies to level-load service centers across Aftermarket and LV MCC operations.
Define the LV MCC Aftermarket production strategy coordinating between service centers and the main plant.
Participate in strategy and profit planning activities.
Demonstrate strong time management and clear communication; handle difficult conversations tactfully.
Act as a technical resource for the MCC product line.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Bachelor’s in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an electrical industry environment.
Experience with MCC and power distribution equipment.
Experience with AutoCad and Microsoft products; proficiency with BidManager, design automation, PowerBi, and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Willingness to relocate to Fayetteville, North Carolina; relocation assistance will be provided if needed.
