Job Description

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with field sales, distributors, and customers to determine optimal LV MCC and LV MCC Aftermarket solutions and address related challenges.
- Own the LV MCC Aftermarket and service center operations strategy.
- Improve systems and tools including BidManager, design automation, and PowerBi to support decision making.
- Lead new product development for aftermarket offerings from concept through delivery.
- Launch marketing collateral to support product introductions and aftermarket programs.
- Develop strategies to level-load service centers across Aftermarket and LV MCC operations.
- Define the LV MCC Aftermarket production strategy coordinating between service centers and the main plant.
- Participate in strategy and profit planning activities.
- Demonstrate strong time management and clear communication; handle difficult conversations tactfully.
- Act as a technical resource for the MCC product line.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an electrical industry environment.
- Experience with MCC and power distribution equipment.
- Experience with AutoCad and Microsoft products; proficiency with BidManager, design automation, PowerBi, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Willingness to relocate to Fayetteville, North Carolina; relocation assistance will be provided if needed.
