Job Description

TalentBurst is seeking a contract Product Manager to provide temporary coverage for DPS Risk and Identity initiatives, sustaining momentum during a planned out-of-office period. This onsite role in Highlands Ranch, Colorado centers on continuity of execution, cross-functional coordination, and timely delivery within existing roadmaps, rather than shaping new platform direction or long-term product vision.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day progress of the active DPS Risk and Identity initiatives for the coverage period
Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Compliance to keep work progressing as planned
Maintain product backlogs, delivery plans, and documentation aligned to existing roadmaps
Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies and escalate issues promptly
Serve as a central point of coordination for internal stakeholders on in-flight initiatives
Support ongoing client deliverables and internal commitments already in motion
Ensure handoffs, documentation, and status reporting remain current and accurate
Defer strategic decisions, scope changes, and roadmap shifts to Product leadership as required

Requirements

At least five years of product management or delivery experience
Strong execution, coordination, and communication skills
Experience working with technology and delivery teams
Familiarity with risk, fraud, or payments platforms preferred
Ability to step into an established environment and operate with minimal ramp-up
Comfort operating in a temporary, execution-focused role
