Own the product backlog by writing and refining epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria; lead backlog refinement and sprint planning; accept or reject delivered work.
Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders (claims operations, client services, SIU, and executive sponsors) and delivery teams (technical leads, data science, architecture, QA, and business analysis).
Engage claims professionals and clients to understand workflows and pain points, validate solutions through demos, and support user acceptance testing.
Partner with change management to plan training, communications, and adoption, and report product performance to senior leaders.
Collaborate with delivery leadership to plan capacity, funding, and releases through GB product and project governance processes.
Participate in agile ceremonies and make timely scope and priority decisions to keep teams moving.

Experience working in Agile delivery with cross-functional squads, including writing user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance.
