Job Description

Drive digital payments product outcomes by improving client processes, coordinating solution delivery, and ensuring stable post-implementation operations.

Responsibilities

Review client business processes to uncover optimization opportunities and map improvements to industry-specific standards and best practices
Coordinate and facilitate benchmarking studies, partnering with stakeholders to evaluate solution performance against industry and domain insights
Work with technical teams to capture and document system customizations and configurations
Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows that reflect functional requirements for the relevant sector
Perform in-depth research on third-party products in the digital payments domain and deliver comparative analysis across features, costs, and scalability
Coordinate solution implementation activities that address setup and integration issues
Support development and ongoing maintenance of SOPs to maintain system stability and performance post-implementation

Requirements

Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on process optimization
Ability to create detailed process maps and technical documentation with domain specialization
Proactive approach to benchmarking studies and product research
Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance
Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams
