LeoDoesIt LLC is building and evolving digital payment capabilities that enable real-time money movement, P2P payments, and payment-network integrations. In this hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC / Fort Mill, SC, the Senior Product Owner will set direction for the roadmap and delivery of payment features across multiple teams, including engineering, operations, fraud/risk, and compliance.
You will operate as the product owner for end-to-end payment flow outcomes, translating business needs into clear backlog items while ensuring the resulting experiences are secure, compliant, and measurable through operational KPIs.
What you will do
- Own and evolve product strategy for digital payments, including instant transfers, P2P capabilities, and enhancements to money movement.
- Lead integrations with digital payment networks by managing certification, rule compliance, and ongoing operational alignment.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog.
- Partner with engineering on sprint planning, grooming, and release execution.
- Collaborate with fraud, risk, and compliance teams to support secure and compliant payment experiences.
- Oversee payment flows across authorization, posting, settlement, exceptions, and reconciliation.
- Act as the primary liaison across business, operations, customer support, and technology teams.
- Define and track KPIs including payment success rate, fraud loss rate, adoption, and transaction latency.
- Support production stability through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you bring
- 4 to 7 years of product management or product ownership experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting digital payment networks such as Zelle, RTP, FedNow, ACH, or similar.
- Strong understanding of payment rails plus fraud/risk and KYC/AML, along with financial-services regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead Agile teams and deliver complex technical products.
- Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.

Employment type: Full-time.
Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
