Job Description

Senior Product Manager for LMS at SAI360 Inc, remote role with a salary range of USD 140,000 to 160,000 annually, focusing on product strategy, prioritization, agile delivery, GTM, and client engagement for B2B SaaS learning solutions and AI-enabled prototyping.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product strategy by conducting ongoing client discovery with current and prospective customers, evaluating opportunities, and aligning the roadmap with the company vision and objectives.
Deliver outcomes within an empowered, cross-functional team, collaborating with engineering and design to build solutions that are viable, valuable, feasible, and usable.
Prioritize problems and solution options using data-driven frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF to maximize user impact and business value.
Champion Agile delivery across teams, improving speed, transparency, and product quality, and leverage AI tooling for rapid prototyping to test hypotheses.
Own the go-to-market strategy for new features and releases, coordinating with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure readiness and enablement.
Represent the product team in client meetings, presentations, and webinars to communicate vision, collect feedback, and demonstrate new capabilities.

Requirements

Extensive experience in product management for B2B SaaS products.
Proven ability to apply Agile practices within cross-functional teams.
Strong capability to use AI tools to rapidly create low and high fidelity prototypes.
Proficiency with Product Management and Software Delivery platforms such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience coordinating go-to-market planning, internal training, and sales enablement efforts.
Experience leading client discovery sessions, product demos, and webinars.
