Senior Product Manager - LMS

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy by conducting ongoing client discovery with current and prospective customers, evaluating opportunities, and aligning the roadmap with the company vision and objectives.
• Deliver outcomes within an empowered, cross-functional team, collaborating with engineering and design to build solutions that are viable, valuable, feasible, and usable.
• Prioritize problems and solution options using data-driven frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF to maximize user impact and business value.
• Champion Agile delivery across teams, improving speed, transparency, and product quality, and leverage AI tooling for rapid prototyping to test hypotheses.
• Own the go-to-market strategy for new features and releases, coordinating with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure readiness and enablement.
• Represent the product team in client meetings, presentations, and webinars to communicate vision, collect feedback, and demonstrate new capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management for B2B SaaS products.
• Proven ability to apply Agile practices within cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability to use AI tools to rapidly create low and high fidelity prototypes.
• Proficiency with Product Management and Software Delivery platforms such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience coordinating go-to-market planning, internal training, and sales enablement efforts.
• Experience leading client discovery sessions, product demos, and webinars.
