FASHIONPHILE is seeking a highly senior, hands-on product and business systems leader to drive complex improvement work from problem discovery through implementation and measurement. Based in Atlanta, GA (onsite), this role helps shape customer and business outcomes by aligning product thinking, process design, and technical delivery across internal teams and SaaS partners. Compensation for this position is expected to be $130,000–$165,000 + annual bonus, with eligibility and details varying by location and experience.
How you’ll create impact
You will lead consequential customer and business problem discovery firsthand, combining data, customer feedback, operational insight, frontline observations, system behavior, and technical context to separate symptoms from root causes. From there, you’ll design practical future states that connect customer interactions with business rules, roles, workflows, communications, data, systems, and controls.
To deliver stable, scalable improvements, you’ll evaluate changes across process and policy, including better use of existing platforms, SaaS configuration, vendor capabilities, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll also assess when custom software is needed, and personally guide complex initiatives across the full lifecycle: discovery, solution selection, delivery, launch, adoption, stabilization, and learning.
Collaboration is central. You’ll partner directly with SaaS providers and internal teams including Technology, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and platform owners. Your job is to translate customer and business problems into functional behavior, data needs, integrations, dependencies, and success criteria, while contributing to feasibility and design decisions. You’ll recommend whether solutions should be built, bought, configured, integrated, or co-designed.

- Execution of the approved Experience Optimization strategy through clear, actionable work
- Fit-for-purpose plans covering sequencing, dependencies, decisions, risks, testing, readiness, and communication
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading customer, digital, product, operational, technology-enabled, or enterprise improvement work
- Hands-on experience diagnosing problems across people, process, policy, data, systems, vendors, and organizational boundaries
- Experience leading complex initiatives from discovery and future-state design through implementation, adoption, and measurement
- Ability to translate customer and business problems into functional behavior, requirements, data needs, integrations, acceptance criteria, and measures
- Experience partnering with SaaS providers and technical teams to configure, integrate, extend, or co-design solutions
- Experience working in matrixed teams where priorities share resources and expertise
