Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for host-to-host digital channel integrations
Contribute to development and direction of the product roadmap for host-to-host capabilities, ensuring alignment with the Value Creation Plan
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, and client support to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
Drive data analysis and reporting to monitor channel performance and identify areas for improvement
Ensure excellent client experiences by enhancing connectivity processes and addressing client feedback
Lead end-to-end execution of initiatives that enable seamless host-to-host integrations for corporate and institutional clients

Requirements

5+ years of related work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process improvement
Proven experience in product management, particularly with digital channels or connectivity solutions
Familiarity with host-to-host platforms, ERP integrations, or digital banking interfaces is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
