Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle to design collaborative banking solutions for the Teen segment within the Family CX team
- Collaborate with a cross-functional group of designers, engineers, and business analysts to redefine how families interact with their money
- Apply a human centered approach by deeply understanding internal and external customer needs to drive innovation
- Drive leverage and execution excellence to deliver transformative business outcomes
- Leverage technology to deliver innovative, resilient solutions with both near term and long term value
- Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
- Provide transformational leadership to align cross-functional teams around customer problems and organizational goals
Requirements
- Currently holds, or is pursuing, one of the following with an expectation to complete by the scheduled start date: a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), or a Business or Marketing degree
- OR a Bachelor's degree in any field plus 3 years of Product Management experience
